Terms of service Petravo.net

These Terms of Service govern all use of PETRAVO.NET and all related purchases, interactions, communications, and services. PETRAVO operates as a luxury artisan and collectible natural decor brand specializing in unique petrified wood and natural stone compositions. By using PETRAVO.NET, customers agree to these legally binding Terms of Service.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Customers must: – be at least 18 years old, – possess legal contractual capacity, – provide accurate information, – and comply with applicable laws.
2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & UNIQUENESS
PETRAVO products are authentic natural material compositions. Each piece may vary in: – shape, – coloration, – mineral structure, – dimensions, – and visual appearance. No two natural products are identical.
3. PRICING & COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
PETRAVO reserves the right to: – modify pricing, – limit purchases, – refuse transactions, – cancel suspicious orders, – or suspend transactions for fraud prevention purposes.
4. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are securely processed through Stripe and associated payment infrastructure providers. PETRAVO reserves the right to perform: – fraud analysis, – identity verification, – transaction review, – and risk assessment procedures.
5. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
Products are shipped internationally from Latvia. PETRAVO shall not be liable for: – customs delays, – transportation disruptions, – logistics interruptions, – carrier failures, – weather conditions, – or force majeure events.
6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Return eligibility shall be governed by the official Shipping & Returns Policy. Certain collectible, custom-made, or unique products may be classified as: – final sale, – non-refundable, – or excluded from standard return eligibility.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PETRAVO shall not be liable for: – indirect damages, – consequential losses, – commercial damages, – lost profits, – or misuse-related damages. Customer use of products remains at the customer’s own discretion and responsibility.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All PETRAVO branding, photography, designs, descriptions, website structure, and visual assets remain protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, scraping, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
9. WEBSITE CONDUCT
Users may not: – interfere with website operations, – attempt unauthorized access, – distribute malware, – engage in fraudulent conduct, – or misuse PETRAVO systems.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
PETRAVO shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control including: – natural disasters, – cyber incidents, – supplier failures, – governmental restrictions, – war, – sanctions, – labor disputes, – or transportation failures.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by: – the laws of Latvia, – European Union regulations, – and applicable international consumer legislation.
